We have some really exciting news – Top Tier will soon be in a new shop!  This is the culmination of years of dreaming and hard work.

To say that we are excited is the understatement of the century!  Tim and Meg have been dreaming of moving everyone into a new facility for years, and it has taken a lot of planning and work to get here.  We are so looking forward to having more efficient spaces to be able to serve our customers and our employees even better.

Little known fact that both sets of Meg’s grandparents owned and operated trade businesses – one is still in business in Princeton, WI – Pulvermacher Enterprises, Inc.  The other was Carroll Plumbing and Heating in Lancaster, WI.  Meg has grown up seeing and appreciating not only the good honest work that went into these businesses, but also admiring how her grandparents were able to raise their kids into great humans at the same time.  It wasn’t a small feat either – Pulvermacher’s had 15 children and the Carroll’s had 10 children.  You’ll see this appreciation of history and the reminder of what is really important in spaces in the new facility.

The new shop reflects a lot of those values of yesteryears.  It was intentional to make the interiors look like they had been there for awhile.  In Meg’s grandparents age there was a real appreciation of tradesman and quality work and an honest day’s work.  In today’s world with Amazon Prime and plastic parts from China shipped to your door the next day, it sometimes is easily forgotten that sometimes good things are worth the wait.  Quality work gets overshadowed by HGTV shows showing quick easy fixes, but never showing those same places in a year or two after life happens in them. 

Part of Top Tier’s mission statement is that, “We believe in creating beautiful, functional comfort.”  Trust, Quality and Comfort are words we live by.  Those are now not only reflected in how we conduct ourselves everyday but in the spaces that we surround ourselves in everyday.  Our shop is a beautiful juxtaposition of an appreciation of where we’ve come from combined with the latest quality technology and solutions.
